🚌 Our bus drivers are AMAZING! 🤩 Many of them took their own time and money to decorate their buses for the holidays and they looked great. 🎄 The PCESP had a fun contest and the winners seen in the photo got gift cards! Thank you, Transportation, for going above and beyond for our Putnam City students and families! 💛


🎻🎺 Orchestra and Band students from all three high schools are traveling to London over winter break to perform at the London New Year Day Parade and Festival! Last night, all three orchestras performed a beautiful send-off concert for their supporters.
2️⃣ This will be the 2nd time that Putnam City Schools has been personally invited by the Lord Mayor to perform in London!
🎷 Band will perform in the parade, which will be broadcast live on PBS.
🎶 Orchestra will perform on stage at the St. John's Smith Square on January 2nd.
🤩 We are so proud of our talented, tenacious, and pioneering musicians, their directors, and our community for representing Putnam City in such a big way!








From Panther to Trojan, Shelby Ellis has officially signed to play golf for Seminole State College Oklahoma Athletics! We are PC Proud of Shelby and can't wait to cheer her on through college and beyond. ⛳️


🧶What started as a simple community service project has grown into a creative collaboration between the PCN Crochet Club and PCN FCCLA. These students are hard at work crafting sustainable "plarn" blankets that will be donated to the City Of Warr Acres Police Department to benefit local homeless individuals just in time for the cold weather to set in. 📺 Check out their full story this evening on KOCO 5 News and FOX25!







Celebrating our Diversity Night was a beautiful embrace of what makes us unique. 🌎 There was food from around the world, spirited performances, informative displays, and colorful activities for everyone to celebrate the richness of our community. 💫








At Native American Heritage Night, family and friends were able to immerse themselves in the vibrant traditions of tribal dances, regalia, and explore the wealth of resources that Oklahoma City has to offer. Our District's support staff are truly the glue that holds us together. 🤗 All Support Staff were treated to a wonderful appreciation luncheon sponsored by the PCESP. Putnam City North High School DECA put on a one-of-a-kind fashion show this week - "50 Shades of Pink." This fashion show had a little bit of everything mixed with a whole lot of fun and cheering!






Our amazing teachers and staff participated in the Putnam City Teaching & Learning Conference for today's professional development day. 📚 These dedicated professional educators, leaders, mentors, lifelong learners, and superheroes acquired many valuable new skills and lessons today that they'll use to teach their students tomorrow. ✏️








With no shortage of spirit on either side, the Pirates took home the Battle of the Expressway win for the 2nd year over the Panthers! Final score: 56-20. 🏴☠️🐾










Elementary students from across the District attended the Hispanic Heritage Living History Museum today at Putnam City West! "Seat at the Table" students from all three high schools brought prominent Hispanics, past and present, to life as a unique and innovative way to celebrate and teach Hispanic Heritage.









Putnam City North High School students are leading activities this week during lunches to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. What a great experience hearing the music, seeing the beautiful dresses, and learning new aspects of Hispanic culture.


If you missed Parent & Family Night, then you really missed out on some good information! There were different departments, vendors, and organizations from across Putnam City and the metro, all of them ready to help and answer questions. Thank you to everyone that came out and a big thank you to all of the vendors!





Our BPA and DECA groups from all three high schools got to experience the Oklahoma City Dodgers this week. There was a panel discussion about careers in sports from marketing, to computers, to business and then they got to stay for the game against Tacoma. What a great experience for our students!
